For those who did not go take a trip down there and have a good evening. Rich enjoyed it (he got a little p----d in more ways than one) but I did appreciate the lift home. </p>

<div class="content">We have been invited to show off our scoots at the University Of Cambs Italian society opening launch during September..8th I think but t.b.c. They are opening a new venue for their members and would love it if we could be there to add an authentic Italian feel for the event. Are any members interested? </p>

<p>Discussed Scootermania posters and ad boards.Stu to sort out boards for Alan in Linton and Robbie to display them. also talked about extra door staff for the do and decision will be made at next meeting which is at the Rovers to finalise all the details of Scootermania.</p>
<p>Ticket sales were talked about but with such a low turnout to the meeting it was impossible to get and accurate figure of tickets sold.Amongst the attendees it was estimated that 50-60 had been sold so far,with more to be sold in the near future.</p>

<p>The web site has been paid up for the year in advance so there should not be any more down time on the site due to missed payments.Funds for web site taken from club account.</p>

<p>Mick Tokely needs a date for the Family Fun Day at the Rovers and the date will be sorted out at the next meeting being held at the Rovers.</p>
<p>Club memberships are required to be renewed and all attendees have paid their memberships for 2012/2013 but all outstanding people who need to renew should attend next meeting and pay asap please as we need as much money as possible with the forth coming events planned.</p>
<p>Meeting was ended.</p>
<p>As said above we need all members to attend the next meeting at the Rovers to nail down all the details of Scootermania and who is helping out where and when.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Cambridge Scooter Club would like to thank all those clubs that attended our recent St. Georges Day Run. Your generosity contributed to raising a staggering £1517.79p for Opportunities Without Limits (OWL) our chosen charity in a little over 4 hours.</p>
<p>A total of 220 scooters braved the poor weather and made the rideout very specatcular as seen in many of the videos appearing all on YouTube.</p>
<p>Special mention to those clubs we were aware of (and apologies to those we have missed) notably Kings Lynn Gladiators, Stevenage, Welwyn Stags, Halstead, Sudbury, Haverhill Circles, Ely Unstables, Peterborough. Chairman Bob managed to get you all got a mention on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire when interviewed about the event.</p>
<p>Once again many thanks and see you next year.</p>
